MHP is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and healthful working environment and to observe all State and Federal Laws and Regulations. To achieve this, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), designed to prevent workplace injuries, accidents and illnesses.

Health and Safety must be a part of every operation. MHP strives to provide a work environment as free as practical from injuries or illnesses. To be successful, such a program must embody the proper attitudes toward injury and illness prevention on the part of management and employees. It also requires cooperation in all safety and health matters, not only between management and employees, but between the client and MHP. Only through such a cooperative effort can a safety program, in the best interest of all, be established and preserved.

The personal safety and health of each employee of MHP is paramount. Our objective is a safety and health program that will reduce the number of injuries and illnesses to an absolute minimum, not merely in keeping with, but surpassing the best of operations at companies similar to ours. Our clients have come to value our employees for their competency and tremendous care on the job.
